Ingredients:
✔️500g coklat masakan
✔️25ml minyak masak (optional)
✔️Bubble Rice secukupnyaa
Method:
✔️Bakar Bubble Rice dalam ketuhar pada suhu 120C selama lebih kurang 10 minit hingga rangup. Angkat & ketepikan.
✔️Cairkan doklat dengan kaedah double-boil. Kemudian masukkan minyak masak, kacau hingga sebati.
✔️Ambil acuan yang bersesuaian dan masukkan sedikit coklat kedalam acuan nya..
✔️Kemudian, tabur bubble rice. Jangan tekan, tabur sahaja.
✔️Tuang lagi coklat ke atas bubble rice sehingga menutupi seluruh permukaan. Hentak-hentak acuan untuk meratakan coklat.
✔️Sebelum tuang coklat, pastikan suhunyaa suam-suam sahaja bagi mengelakkan bubble rice menjadi lemau.
✔️Setelah selesai semua, letak dalam chiller sekejap.
✔️Bila coklat dah keras, boleh lah keluarkan dan menikmati.
