Ingredients:

✔️Pineapple Tart Cookies Premix 500G
✔️Unsalted Butter / Margarine 125G
✔️Egg 100G
✔️Pineapple Filling - as desired
Method:
=======
✔️Mix all ingredients using mixer attachment.
✔️Beater for 3 minutes low speed or until form a dough.
✔️Make into desired shape.
✔️Put in pineapple filling & roll it.
✔️Bake at temperature 170C or 180C (upper) & 150C or 160C (bottom) for 16-18 minutes in the deck oven.
