Ingredients Cook 1:
Group 1:
butter premix 500g
margarine 300g
Group 2:
eggs 275g
Method:
using paddle, mix group 1 at slow speed for 1 minute
scrape down sides, & continue mixing at high speed for 7 minutes
slowly add in group 2 by 3 parts until well combines at medium speed
scrape down side, and continue mixing at high speed for 7 minutes
fill 800g batter into baking tray (lines with grease proof paper) or until approximately 3/4 full
bake at 180C. Baking conditions vary depending on batter scaling weight and oven chracteristics
remove from oven and let it cool before serving
Ingredients Cook 2:
Group A
✔️Butter Cake Premix 220G
✔️Eggs 100G
✔️Water 60G
✔️Baking Soda 2G
Group B
✔️Oil 60G
✔️Gula Melaka Kularome 4G
Method:
✔️Using whisk, mix Group A at high speed for 3 minutes
✔️Fold in Group B until well combined.
✔️Pour the batter into 6” tin and steam for 24 minutes.
