Ingredients:
✔️Chocolate Sponge Cake Premix 400G
✔️Whole Eggs 200G
✔️Vegetables oil 50G
✔️Milk 220G
✔️Compound Chocolate 250G
✔️Butter 150G
Method:
✔️Preheat oven to 150C (Top) & 150C (Bottom)
✔️Double boil chocolate and butter
✔️Using paddle, add in egg and oil into chocolate mixture in 30sec
✔️Add in chocolate premix and continue to add in milk within 1 minute.
✔️Pour batter into round cake tin.
✔️Bake for approximately 50-55minutes. Baking conditions vary depending on the batter scaling weight and oven characteristics.
✔️Remove from the oven and let it cool before serving.
