Ingredients:
Group A:
✔️Eggs 175G
✔️Milk/Water 150G
✔️Corn Oil 150G

Group 2:
✔️Fruit Cake Premix 500G

Group 3:
✔️Mixed Fruits 350G
✔️Fruit Cake Paste (as desired)

Method:
✔️Using the paddle, mix group A and group B at slow speed for 1 minute.
✔️Scrape down the sides and continue mixing at medium speed for 4 minutes.
✔️Blend in group C until well mixed and pour the batter into the baking mold.
✔️Bake at 170C for 5-60minutes
✔️Remove from oven and let it cool before serving.
