Red Velvet Log Cake:
Ingredients:

Group 1:
✔️Red Velvet Cake Mix 500G
✔️Whole Eggs 500G
Water 50G

Group 2:
✔️Vegetable Oil 50G

Production Method:
✔️Mix Group 1 ingredients for 1 minute at low speed.
✔️Scrape down sides to ensure no lumps sticking to the bowl.
✔️Change to high speed and mic for about 6 minutes.
✔️Gradually add in Group 2 and blend at slow speed for about 10 seconds.
✔️Add batter to cup until approximately 3/4 full.
✔️Bake at 180C - 190C for about 13 minutes. Baking conditions vary depending on batter scaling weight and oven characteristics.
✔️Remove from oven and let it cool before rolling.

Red Velvet Cake:
✔️Red Velvet Cake Mix 500G
✔️Vegetable Oil 300G
✔️Water 150G

Method:
✔️All in method with paddle attachment.
✔️Beat all the ingredients at slow speed for 1 minute
✔️Then shift to medium speed and continue mixing for 2 minutes.
✔️Fill batter into 8 inch baking tin and bake at 160C for about 1.5 hour. Baking condition vary depending on batter scaling weight and oven characteristics.
