Ingredients:
✔️Red Velvet Cookies Premix 250G
✔️Cream Cheese 100G
✔️Butter 50G
✔️Eggs 50G
Method:
✔️Beat the cream cheese until smooth and then add in all others ingredients.
✔️Mix until the dough is form and cleans up the sides of the bowl (about 2-3 minutes)
✔️Pipe cookie batter into cookies sheet in similar sizes and flatten in. Distance between each cookies should be about 0.5 inch apart.
✔️Bake at 180C (top and bottom heat) for about 12-15 minutes. Baking profile depends on oven variations.
✔️Cool & store in an airtight container.
