Ingredients for CHOCOLATE BROWNIES WALNUT CAKE:
✔️Brownies Mix 500G
✔️Egg 100G
✔️Water 60G
✔️Oil (Corn/Palm) 120G
✔️Walnut 120G
Chocolate Ganache:
✔️Le Bourne Dark Chocolate Block/Coin 250G
✔️Le Bourne Dark Chocolate Paste 100G
✔️Whipping Cream 250G
✔️Instant Custard 20G
✔️Water 60G
Method:
✔️Mix all the ingredients (except walnut) in mixing bowl with attachment beater for 3 minutes at low speed.
✔️Add in walnut for 1 minute low speed.
✔️Bake at 180C for 55-60 minutes.
✔️Baking temperature & time are depending on sizes of baking pan and type of oven.
Chocolate Ganache:
✔️AFI Instant Custard with water in a bowl.
✔️To make custard cream add melted LB DC Block/Coin and LB DC paste into whipping cream.
✔️Fold all the ingredients.
✔️Mix well.
